IQ Brick brings the traditional beauty of genuine clay brick to modern construction through a precision-engineered panel system that prioritizes efficiency, durability, and clean installation. Each 28" x 16" panel integrates 18 modular thin bricks securely fused to a rigid polyurethane foam backing, delivering a finished coverage of 24" x 16" per sheet. Panels install quickly with six mechanical fasteners and finish with a standard tuck-pointed joint—no messy mortar beds or extended drying times.

Simple, Clean Installation with Built-In Moisture Control

Contractors can cut panels cleanly with a diamond blade saw and shim them for precise alignment. The panels include a built-in ¼" drainage plane that helps manage moisture and maintain wall performance through changing weather. For below-grade use, a separate drainage board is recommended. The system’s freeze-thaw resilience, impact resistance, and flame-spread reduction make it suitable for both interior and exterior applications, from commercial façades to residential accents.

Lightweight Design and Secure Fastening System

Weighing only 15–18 pounds per panel, IQ Brick is easy to handle and ship. Panels arrive stacked on 40" x 48" pallets—75 per pallet—ready to install when needed. The recommended fastening pattern ensures secure attachment without impact drivers, using variable-speed screwdrivers with torque control for consistent depth and hold.
